• Direct and control of BNM product basing on the quality control system and SOP system, make efforts for continuous improvement of the product quality and satisfy the customer requirments while reduce cost.

• Customer specification handling and on-boarding:
  - Responsible for analyzing customer product specifications in consultation with the R&D product, process and plant team.
  - Responsible for the customer specific requirements (CSR) and specification handling for H2 for CN customers. It also includes doing a gap analyses with the current quality systems into the system and managing the gaps
  - Coordinate the PPAP / first article inspection towards customers, including setting-up the action plants and manage the governance around PPAP.
  - Prepare the PPAP package so that it is aligned with the customer expectations towards quality and time. (Customers are local and international customers)

• Supplier Quality Management:
  -Establish quality standards for raw materials, key, and important auxiliary materials and obtain supplier recognition.
  - Monitor and track supplier quality performance.
  -Participate in supplier on-site audits and follow up on corrective actions.
  -Continuously improve supplier capabilities to meet BK's quality requirements.
  -Track supplier quality complaints and the completion of corrective actions.
  -Participate in relevant work related to new supplier development.

• Production Process Quality Management and Control:
  - Compilation, updating, training, and implementation of quality-related documents throughout the entire production process from raw material intake to shipment.
  - Document customer quality requirements internally to ensure compliance with customer specifications.
  - Lead investigations into quality issues during production and develop corrective measures.
  - Document group quality management requirements and ensure departmental implementation.

• Product Quality Management and Assurance:
  - Monitoring and tracking of product quality levels
  - Conducting regular product audits to ensure compliance
  - Assisting the R&D department in the development and transfer of new products
  - Ensuring product qualification rates meet company requirements

• Department Quality Management System(Quality, Enviroment) Daily Maintenance:
  -Management of system documents within the department
  -Internal management system audits and improvement tracking
  -Daily maintenance of the management system

• Customer Compliant Handling:
  - Handling daily customer complaints:
  Conducting root cause analysis and tracking corrective action results
  - Preparing reports as required by customers
  - Analyzing customer complaints periodically and proposing improvement recommendations
  - Maintaining effective communication with the Business Unit Quality Manager regarding customer complaints
  - Assisting Marketing or Sales teams with customer audits/site visits (if applicable)

• SHE:
  - Participating in department-level information security work and complying with company information security requirements
  - Engaging in department-level Safety, Health & Environment (SHE) activities
  - Serving as the execution lead for SHE and information security management within the company/department, with the obligation to faithfully fulfill related duties.

• Bachelor's degree (full-time, national admission), major in Science/Engineering.
• 5 years above related working experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Good communication and coordination skill.
• Good sensitiveness with Statistic and good at the FMEA.PPAP,MSA, SPC.
• Knowledge of quality control system in production environment.
• Good English at speaking, reading, writing and listening.

• 5 years above related working experience in a manufacturing environment.

• Bachelor's degree (full-time, national admission), major in Science/Engineering.
