Responsible for quality management, monitor and continuous improve product performance.
Responsibilities- Involve in NPI, share process experience & knowhow to secure project launch on time with high quality;
- Production quality management planning & execution；
- Quality related documents establish & maintain (PFMEA/CP/IP/MSA/SPC…);
- Guide verification & validation activities (IQ/OQ/PQ);
- MRB and nonconformity handling, lead root cause analysis and action identification, implementation and verification;
- Collect & analysis quality data to identify, analysis and take actions to reduce/remove the risk;
- Continuous improvement product quality performance;
- Inspection effectiveness & efficiency improvement;
- Change management;
- Complaint handling.
- Training OPS/QC to improve their quality awareness.
