Landscape​/Gardener

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Gardener to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in horticulture, plant care, and outdoor landscaping. This role requires both practical and creative skills to maintain and enhance gardens, lawns, and outdoor spaces, ensuring they are healthy, visually appealing, and thriving.

Key Responsibilities:

• Planting, transplanting, dividing perennials, mowing lawns and maintaining a variety of plants, flowers, shrubs, and trees.
• Pruning and trimming plants and trees.
• Applying organic fertilizers, mulch, and organic pest control products as needed.
• Weeding, edging and raking garden beds.
• Monitoring for diseases or pests and taking appropriate action to prevent or treat issues.
• Assisting with seasonal garden tasks like fall clean ups, planting bulbs or spring planting.
• Keeping garden tools and equipment in good working condition and using them safely.
• Collaborating with clients or team members to understand gardening goals and preferences.
• Reporting any significant issues or required repairs to management.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in gardening, landscaping preferred.
• Knowledge of plant, pruning techniques, plant  garden maintenance.
• Ability to operate gardening tools and equipment safely.
• Strong attention to detail and an eye for aesthetics.
• Physical stamina and the ability to work outdoors rain or shine.
• Basic knowledge of horticultural products, fertilizers, and pest control methods.
• Strong communication skills for interacting with clients or team members.
• Valid driver's license preferred.
• Creative thinking for garden design and problem-solving.
• Knowledge of eco-friendly and sustainable gardening practices.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Time management skills to complete tasks efficiently.

Salary is between $21 to $28 depending on experience.
