Nurse Practitioner – TLC Medical Clinic (Fraser)

Permanent, Full‑time or part‑time, salaried position starting 01/08/2025.

TLC Medical Clinic – Fraser is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to join our clinical team. The role is part of a team‑based primary care model in the Primary Care Networks (PCNs) initiative in Vancouver. The NP will work collaboratively within the team, establish and manage their own patient panel as required by the Ministry, and support the development of PCNs in the community.

• Provide comprehensive primary care to a panel of patients.
• Collaborate with physicians, RN, and other team members to deliver high‑quality care.
• Apply clinical knowledge to diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions.
• Participate in team meetings, workflow optimization, and quality improvement projects.
• Maintain accurate and timely electronic medical records using Oscar Pro.

Registered Nurse Practitioner with valid BCCPC or equivalent certification. Eligible to practice in Canada.

TLC Medical Clinic – Fraser offers a modern, state‑of‑the‑art facility with 11 exam rooms, a flexible 7‑day scheduling model, and a collaborative team culture.
Parking is available underground and on street.
Hours are Monday‑Friday 9 am‑5 pm, adjustable to practitioner availability. The clinic supports special interests and specialties such as dermatology, endocrinology, gynecology, and mental health.
