Nurse Practitioner – Yale Medical Centre
, a newly renovated clinic in the Vancouver Division of Family Practice, seeks a motivated NP to join a collaborative family medicine team.

• Provide primary care to patients as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Start and manage own patient panel according to Ministry requirements.
• Maintain charting and documentation; clinic provides EMR (Med Access).
• Work full‑time or part‑time, with a limit of under 30 patients per day per NP.
• Partner in Primary Care Network (PCN) development and community engagement.
• Flexible scheduling to suit personal and clinic needs; on‑call on rotation.

• Active province‑registered Nurse Practitioner licence.
• Experience in family or primary care preferred.
• Willingness to collaborate and participate in PCN initiatives.
• Strong communication and charting skills; familiarity with Med Access EMR valued.
• Ability to work in a bilingual/multicultural environment (languages not required but advantageous).

Location: Yale Medical Centre, street‑level unit on Granville, Vancouver.

Practice setting: Family practice and walk‑in hybrid with 10 exam rooms and a private office.

Hours: Monday‑Friday 9 am–5 pm; flexible for early start or later closing times.

Compensation: NP contract (salaried).
