A community support organization in Metro Vancouver is seeking volunteers for the Crisis Line and Intake Volunteer Program. Volunteers will answer crisis calls and provide support to survivors of violence, facilitated through a comprehensive 12-week training program. A minimum commitment of 9 months is required, along with ongoing training and participation in fundraising events. Ideal candidates must be at least 16 years old and willing to undergo a background check.
