About the Role
RE/MAX Crest Realty is seeking a dynamic
Marketing Managerto lead our marketing initiatives, strengthen brand awareness, and drive strategic growth. This role is ideal for a creative and results-oriented marketing professional with a passion for real estate and community engagement.
- Develop and execute multi-channel marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, support agent success, and generate high-quality leads
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform campaigns, audience targeting, and positioning strategies
- Oversee listing promotion across all platforms: ensure consistency and quality in photography, videography, signage, and digital presence
- Manage the company’s website, email campaigns, and digital advertising to maximize engagement and conversion
- Plan and coordinate community events, open houses, and promotional campaigns that support both corporate goals and agent initiatives
- Produce and maintain high-quality marketing collateral, including brochures, presentations, newsletters, video content, and social media assets
- Collaborate with the leadership team and agents to align marketing activities with overall business goals
- Liaise with vendors and creative partners to ensure timely and cost-effective execution of all marketing projects
- Track and analyze marketing performance metrics, generating monthly reports with actionable insights
- Lead brand communications, including press releases, award announcements, and community outreach
- 2–3 years of marketing experience
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools
- Exceptional writing, editing, and content creation skills
- Experience with marketing analytics, CRM platforms, and campaign reporting
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Post-secondary education in marketing, communications, or a related field
- Competitive salary of $87,000 annually for a minimum of 32 hours per week
