Responsibilities- Act as the main point of contact for media agency partners, building and maintaining strong relationships.
- Drive sales of advertising and media projects, ensuring campaigns meet clients’ goals and expectations.
- Collaborate with internal teams (creative, operations, analytics) and external agencies to plan, execute, and deliver high-quality campaigns on time and on budget.
- Monitor campaign performance and provide data-driven insights and recommendations to clients and agencies.
- Identify new business opportunities with existing and potential media agency partners.
- 3+ years of experience in sales, account management, or project management in advertising, media, or marketing.
- Strong understanding of media planning and buying processes (digital & traditional).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin is a plus.
- Experience working with multicultural media agencies is preferred.
