Marketing​/Communications Coordinator

Location options

This is an in-office role based out of downtown Vancouver,

B.C

• Manage and execute the company’s social media presence, with a primary focus on Linked In, including content creation, scheduling, and performance monitoring
• Develop and distribute email newsletters, email templates, and outbound correspondence
• Support the creation and publication of articles, digital content, and communications across websites and apps
• Develop and maintain broker-facing marketing materials including hi-lite sheets, product summaries, and presentations
• Support the planning and execution of broker and industry events, including coordination of branded swag.
• Ensure brand consistency, messaging accuracy, and compliance through collaboration with internal stakeholders
• Promote and model the Forward Insurance Managers Ltd. brand culture, values and brand promise
• Other duties as required

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in marketing, communications, or social media coordination
• Post-secondary education in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
• Hands-on experience managing Linked In for a B2B or professional services organization
• Prior experience in insurance, financial services, or B2B environments preferred
• Experience with email marketing platforms, and social media scheduling tools
• Excellent professional written and verbal communication & customer service skills
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple initiatives

Salary Range: CAD $50,000-$70,000
