Sanctuary AI, a world leader in building AI‑based control systems for humanoid robots, is looking to hire a skilled and motivated Marketing Manager to join our team. Reporting to the Director, Marketing and Communications, you’ll be the storyteller behind Sanctuary AI’s brand, crafting clear, compelling, and on‑brand content that connects our mission and technology with audiences around the world.
As our Marketing Manager the majority of your work will focus on writing and content creation, from developing thought leadership and blog posts to writing Linked In content, executive communications, and other materials that bring our brand to life across every channel. You’ll work closely with internal stakeholders, including our leadership team, to ensure every message reflects our brand voice and resonates with our diverse audiences.
This new team member will be a generalist who excels in creating and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies across various channels, generating impactful marketing assets, and maintaining seamless communication with external and internal teams. - Own day‑to‑day website updates in Word Press (new pages, posts, landing modules, accessibility checks).
- Keep content accurate and current (case studies, newsroom, careers, product pages); QA links and UX flows.
- Maintain our content and asset libraries; enforce documentation so teams can find what they need fast.
- Addressing inbound inquiries across online channels.
- Monitor website and social media performance using available analytics (traffic, top pages, inquiry volume, follower growth, engagement rate).
- Apply basic SEO hygiene, monitor key terms and page health of our website and social media accounts.
- Support event comms: abstracts, speaker briefs, booth messaging, social/email promotion, and post‑event recaps.
- Bachelor’s Degree in communications, marketing, or other related fields.
- 4–6 years of experience in marketing communications, content marketing, or brand storytelling, ideally in a deep‑tech, innovation, or B2B environment.
- Basic experience managing website content (Word Press, Squarespace, Webflow, etc.) and monitoring analytics (e.g., Google Analytics, native Linked In metrics).
- Can proficiently utilize and navigate digital marketing tools, including Semrush.
- Working knowledge of marketing tools such as CRM systems, analytics dashboards, or project management software (e.g., Asana, Notion, or Click Up).
- Bonus: supporting external communications/announcements, such as news releases.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Familiarity with cross‑functional team project management.
- Excellent time management and multitasking skills.
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex or technical topics into clear, engaging stories that align with brand voice and audience needs.
- Comfortable working cross‑functionally with subject matter experts, leadership, and creative partners to gather input and produce high‑quality materials.
