Digital Press Operator

CETTEC Printing is a production-focused commercial print shop serving legal and business clients across Vancouver. We run a tight operation built around quality, deadlines, and accountability. We are looking for someone experienced who takes pride in their work and understands that details matter.

We are hiring a skilled Digital Press Operator to run our Konica Minolta Accurio Press C7100. This is a hands‑on production role in a small shop environment. You will be responsible for maintaining color accuracy, managing workflow through Fiery, and keeping jobs moving efficiently and on schedule.

This is a part‑time position to start (weekday shifts), with the opportunity for additional hours as production grows.

• Operate and maintain Konica Minolta Accurio Press C7100
• Manage Fiery Command Work Station and digital workflow
• Perform colour calibration, profiling, and quality control
• Preflight and troubleshoot print files
• Assist with bindery and finishing (cutting, folding, booklet making, padding, etc.)
• Monitor supplies and maintain an organized production area
• Ensure jobs meet quality standards and deadlines

• Strong working knowledge of Fiery RIP and workflow management
• Solid understanding of colour management and print quality control
• Experience in a commercial print environment
• Comfortable working in a small team and handling multiple responsibilities
• Strong attention to detail and production efficiency
• Physically able to lift paper boxes and stand for extended periods
