Electrical Project Manager

Match Box Consulting Group is supporting a well-established and highly regarded electrical contractor with a strong presence across commercial, institutional, and industrial construction in the Lower Mainland.

This is an opportunity for an experienced Electrical Project Manager who wants more runway, more influence, and long-term growth within a stable and technically strong organization.

You will lead electrical construction projects from pre-construction through close-out. This includes full ownership of budget, schedule, client coordination, subcontractor management, and field team leadership.

You will operate as the key liaison between consultants, general contractors, and internal teams — ensuring projects are delivered safely, profitably, and professionally.

This is not a “paper PM” role. It requires technical depth, commercial awareness, and leadership presence.

• 8+ years managing electrical construction projects

• Proven delivery of commercial / institutional / industrial projects

• Strong financial management and forecasting capability

• Ability to lead foremen, site teams, and junior PMs

• Solid grasp of drawings, specifications, and contract administration

• Comfortable operating in both office and site environments

Design-build and complex project experience is an asset.
