We are seeking a highly experienced and strategically minded Risk Manager to lead risk management and compliance with our infrastructure projects within the Public-Private Partnership (P3) environ ment. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring our projects Proactively are adhering to legal and contractual obligations while fostering internal and external relationships that enable collaborative issue resolution leading to improved compliance in the contract and building strong relationships with the stakeholders.

This role requires a seasoned professional with strong leadership presence, exceptional analytical capabilities, and demonstrated success in building compliance frameworks within large-scale service or infrastructure environments.

Nous recherchons un Responsable des Risques très expérimenté et stratégiquement orienté pour diriger la gestion des risques et la conformité de nos projets d'infrastructure dans le cadre des partenariats public-privé (P3). Le candidat retenu jouera un rôle clé pour s'assurer que nos projets respectent proactivement les obligations légales et contractuelles tout en favorisant les relations internes et externes qui permettent de résoudre les problèmes de manière collaborative, conduisant à une meilleure conformité au contrat et à l'établissement de relations solides avec les parties prenantes.

Ce rôle nécessite un professionnel aguerri ayant une forte présence en leadership, des capacités d'analyse exceptionnelles et un succès démontré dans la construction de cadres de conformité dans des environnements de services ou d'infrastructure à grande échelle.

Key Responsibilities

Contract and Compliance Management:

  • Monitor compliance with contractual obligations throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring that all parties meet their stated commitments.

  • Review project contracts for potential risks and compliance with relevant regulations and standards.

Performance Monitoring:

  • Develop metrics to track compliance performance and report on project adherence to regulations and internal policies.

  • Create performance dashboards and regular reports for stakeholders.

Stakeholder Coordination:

  • Act as a liaison among project teams, external contractors, and regulatory bodies.

  • Foster collaborative relationships with stakeholders to address compliance issues proactively.

Risk Assessment and Mitigation:

  • Identify and analyze compliance risks associated with project operations, recommending mitigation strategies.

  • Document compliance issues and oversee resolutions, ensuring processes are in place to prevent recurrence.

Policy Development and Training:

  • Collaborate in developing compliance policies and procedures tailored to project needs.

  • Lead training sessions to educate project teams on compliance requirements.

Documentation and Reporting:

  • Maintain comprehensive documentation for compliance audits, including preparation for internal and external reviews.

  • Report on compliance status to upper management, summarizing compliance issues and corrective actions taken.

Regulatory Support:

  • Work closely with legal teams to interpret regulations and ensure project implementations align with current laws.

  • Manage contract renewals and renegotiations, addressing compliance considerations effectively.

Responsabilités clés

Gestion des Contrats et de la Conformité :

  • Surveiller la conformité aux obligations contractuelles tout au long du cycle de vie du projet, en veillant à ce que toutes les parties respectent leurs engagements.

  • Revoir les contrats de projet pour identifier les risques potentiels et vérifier la conformité avec les réglementations et les normes pertinentes.

Suivi de la Performance :

  • Développer des indicateurs pour suivre la performance en matière de conformité et établir des rapports sur l'adhésion des projets aux réglementations et aux politiques internes.

  • Créer des tableaux de bord de performance et des rapports réguliers pour les parties prenantes.

Coordination avec les Parties Prenantes :
