This is a full-time, on-site role based in Vancouver, BC, for an Operations Manager specializing in Rope Access. The Operations Manager will oversee and manage daily operations, ensuring projects are executed with safety, efficiency, and quality. Responsibilities include coordinating teams, maintaining compliance with safety protocols, managing schedules and budgets, and liaising with clients to ensure project satisfaction. The role requires strong leadership, effective problem-solving skills, and hands‑on engagement in rope access and maintenance operations.

• Proficiency in rope access operations, including window cleaning, power washing, and similar building maintenance tasks
• Experience in team leadership, project management, and staff coordination
• Strong knowledge of safety protocols and compliance requirements in an industrial or construction setting
• Problem‑solving, organizational, and time‑management skills
• Effective communication and customer‑service skills to liaise with clients professionally
• Ability to work on‑site and manage tasks in demanding physical environments
• Certifications related to rope access techniques (e.g., IRATA, SPRAT) are highly desirable
• Experience in property maintenance or similar industries is an asset
