• Engage with the company’s IT teams and the research community to understand current state and future needs

• Define program vision, objectives, and success measures

• Develop a multi-year roadmap for the RASR Program

• Lead development of the solution approach (build vs buy, integration model, streams of work)

• Prepare a light business case and presentation materials

• Facilitate governance and decision-making forums

• Present recommendations to executive leadership

• Support engagement with other universities and external research partners

• Prepare the program for transition into the next delivery phase

• Demonstrated experience managing large, multi-stream enterprise programs

• Proven ability to work with technical teams and solution architects

• Experience delivering program roadmaps and business cases

• Strong stakeholder engagement skills, particularly with academic or research communities

• Experience working with executive leadership (VP and C-level)

• Knowledge of enterprise systems replacement programs

• Strong facilitation and communication skills

• PMP or equivalent certification preferred
