Skills requirements:
Required education:
A university degree or college diploma in business administration, finance or another discipline related to the service provided.

Required work experience:
At least 15 years of relevant work experience.
Proven track record of successful entrepreneurship and leadership.
Demonstrated success in working in venture capital and investing in startups.
Expertise in startup valuation and evaluating startups.
Strong strategic thinking and decision-making skills.
Excellent relationship-building abilities with various stakeholders.
Experience in mentoring and guiding startups.
Ability to manage and grow business operations effectively.
Strong understanding of market research, business plans, financial projections, and growth identification.
Demonstrated ability to achieve sales and business development goals.
Track record and proven success working in incubators or accelerators and investing in startups.
Demonstrated track record of raising funds for startups.
Experience in leading the growth of small businesses.
