Area Manager - BC North

Area Managers lead their store team and up to four additional stores to provide care, expertise and memorable moments for every Devoted Pet Lover. The position is responsible for ensuring consistently great execution which allows us to invest in meaningful time with our customers. Area Managers and their Animal Care Enthusiasts (ACEs) recommend the best products and services to create the healthiest, most playful life for all pets.

They take action and accountability to drive profit to fuel our growth and future as the Devoted Pet Lover’s life-cycle partner. As leaders in our organization, Area Managers create an inspired, informed, and supportive working environment and celebrate the moments of fun in each day. The Area Manager is accountable for all operations in their area and for representing their stores in surrounding communities.

They also oversee all operations, including the of up to four additional stores in their geographic area. Area Managers prioritize Safety, Compassion, Expertise and Efficiency in all they do, and they live by and coach to our Core Beliefs.
