As an operations team lead you will motivate our associates to carry out their duties while maintaining a positive working environment to achieve department and organizational goals. You'll support the resolution of daily roadblocks, and communicate team issues and associate performance to the manager based on ongoing observations and interactions.

In this role, the successful candidate is needed to be in the greater Vancouver, BC area, where we practice a remote first working model, leveraging in person interactions for strategic, collaborative, and social purposes.

What you'll do :

• Determine the daily workload and priorities of the team, assign tasks and monitor performance and work alongside team to ensure all tasks are complete within the required SLA's
• Train and support associates to successfully carry out their job duties through feedback and coaching. Assist in resolution of issues related to established processes.
• Identify and implement both process and system changes to increase the speed and accuracy of the Operations Administration team.
• Escalate concerns when needed and oversee the department's day to day operations to ensure goals are consistently met or exceeded.

What we're looking for:

• Previous leadership experience
• Above average ability in using Word, Excel, Access and other Microsoft applications
• Strong communication skills
• Diploma in Business Administration is an asset
