You're the sales and performance leader for Personal Training — your standards set the bar.
Direct Revenue OwnershipYou own personal sales KPIs and lead the team to hit theirs.
Real Team LeadershipRecruit, coach, and develop up to 10+ trainers alongside the Studio Manager.

What You'll Own Sales & Performance Leadership- Consistently hit personal PT sales and service KPIs
- Lead the Personal Training team to hit monthly revenue targets
- Coach trainers on outreach, consults, follow‑ups, and closing
- Execute side‑by‑side sales actions with the team
- Support recruiting, screening, and onboarding of new Personal Trainers
- Deliver ongoing coaching, feedback, and performance management
- Establish daily, weekly, and monthly communication rhythms
- Provide discipline and coaching support alongside the Studio Manager
- Support PT data tracking and reporting via Mind Body
- Help manage schedules, sessions serviced, and quality control
- Execute promotions and corporate initiatives with accountability
- Maintain high standards for service, professionalism, and consistency
- Create a positive, high‑energy, safe training environment
- Lead by example in coaching quality, professionalism, and attitude
- Protect Rumble's culture while driving performance
- Be the benchmark performer the team looks to
- 3–5 years of Personal Training experience (boxing, strength & conditioning)
- Proven success in PT sales and client results
- Strong coaching mindset with emerging leadership experience
- Confident communicator — written and verbal
- Comfortable giving and receiving direct feedback (“keep it real”)
- Proficient with spreadsheets, tracking, and basic reporting
- Willing to work evenings, weekends, and non‑traditional hours
- Intermediate or higher boxing / pad‑holding skills
- Passion for fitness, coaching, and client transformation
- Ability to motivate, correct, and inspire others
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- High integrity and personal accountability
