Job Overview

We are seeking a Marketing Manager to join our Vancouver head office, reporting to the Sales and Marketing Director. In this role, you will oversee marketing projects from ideation to execution, managing timelines, budgets, and resources. This is an opportunity to lead the marketing strategy for upcoming flagship projects under various stages of development. You will play a key role in implementing marketing plans and strategies to a high degree of excellence while guiding team members to ensure projects are executed effectively and achieve their intended results on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Planning & Project Oversight
• Creating and presenting strategic marketing plans for individual projects and mapping out tasks required to execute using in-depth knowledge and expertise.
• Managing project budgets, schedules, and deadlines, while ensuring the project team adheres to them.
• Providing the Sales & Marketing Director with project status reports and updates regarding potential risks.
• Maintaining an up-to-date understanding of the company, products, and third-party client base to implement effective leasing, sales, and marketing campaigns.
• Staying current on industry standards and trends.

Campaign & Marketing Execution
• Managing multiple marketing campaigns and timelines simultaneously across multiple vertical channels.
• Strategizing and optimizing advertising campaigns.
• Creating and managing corporate content calendars.
• Initiating new pricing strategies.

Team Leadership & Collaboration
• Strategically delegating tasks to the appropriate team members based on each task's size, scope, and timeliness.
• Acting as a resource for other team members.
• Overseeing remote sales and/or leasing teams to ensure the sales strategy is executed and teams successfully achieve targets.
• Managing project launches in collaboration with other departments, including development, construction, and property management.

Vendor & Client Relationship Management
• Engaging in and maintaining positive relationships with external vendors and third-party clients as needed.

Required Skillsets:

• Excellent organizational, prioritization, and decision-making skills.
• Strong communication and leadership skills to motivate team members and maximize efficiency.
• Ability to work collaboratively with multiple teams and vendors.
• A passion for real estate marketing and a natural aesthetic eye.

Education and Experience:

• Post-secondary education in business, management, marketing, or a related field.

• 3-5 years of experience in real estate marketing project management, or comparable field.
• Proven experience in managing projects while adhering to strict deadlines.
