The Store Development Real Estate Team supports physical store growth and portfolio management.
A day in the lifeThe Real Estate Portfolio Manager will report to the Director of Real Estate and Portfolio Management and, in support of market growth strategy, will manage existing fleet renewals, lease actions, storage, renovations and initiatives. The role will also provide support for business needs and strategies and undertake reporting.
- In collaboration with Sr. Real Estate Managers, support fleet growth strategies and initiatives
- Work directly with landlords, negotiate and execute lease renewals, renovations and lease actions
- Source, negotiate and execute temporary leases as required for major capital projects
- Source, negotiate and execute storage, parking and signage agreements
- Liaise with attorneys to review, negotiate and finalize lease documents
- Support capital projects by producing real estate presentations
- 3 - 5+ years related real estate experience
- Strong negotiation skills
- Confident familiarity with lease documents and leasing strategies
- Effective problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders and partners
- Resourceful with a high level of initiative
- Proven work ethic with utmost integrity

Compensation And Benefits PackageLululemon’s compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy. The typical hiring range for this position is from $103,500 - $135,900 annually; base pay is based on market location and may vary based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. Permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus program, subject to program eligibility requirements.
