Join Our Team as an Account Manager!

Cleantech is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Account Manager with experience in property management, facilities management, or the cleaning industry. This role is perfect for someone ready to lead a dynamic team and manage operations across multiple residential buildings in the Metro Vancouver area.

• Communicate effectively with clients and strata/property management to understand their needs and resolve service-related issues promptly.
• Supervise and lead janitorial staff, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Guide and support Field Supervisors onsite at assigned buildings.
• Conduct regular site visits to inspect work quality and address concerns.
• Manage staff scheduling to ensure adequate coverage and efficient resource utilization.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
• Conduct performance evaluations, coaching, and ongoing development of team members.
• Manage overall staff motivation, discipline, development, and performance.
• Demonstrate flexibility by working across various locations and buildings as required by company needs.

• Minimum 3–5 years of proven experience in janitorial, facilities management, or building management.
• Exceptional client-facing communication and relationship management skills.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (vehicle required).
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.

• $55,000–$60,000 per year (depending on experience and qualifications) plus monthly gas allowance.
