Maintenance Coordinator

Join the year-round leadership team at Camp Qwanoes and help shape life-changing experiences for campers, students, staff, guests, and churches across Vancouver Island, Greater Vancouver, and beyond! This vital leadership role is responsible for the management and operation of all camp facilities (buildings, grounds, and activity facilities) and equipment (machinery, vehicles and boats, etc.), overseeing related projects and administration, leading the year-round maintenance crew and seasonal operations staff including those in leadership roles, and supporting camp programs by ensuring safe, well-maintained spaces for ministry and adventure.

The person in this role must be a committed Christ-follower with evident spiritual maturity and a heart for ministry who loves investing in children, youth, and adults and desires to be part of loving kids to life in Christ
. They must be a ministry-oriented team player who brings strong leadership, organizational, and relational skills, training and skills in facility/equipment management, care, and development, and (preferred) experience in Christian camping ministry.
