Purpose Of Role:We are looking for a motivated and accomplished Senior Manager for our Public Company Audit & Assurance service line. In this role, you will be responsible for leading audit engagements, managing team members, being a primary client contact and ensuring exceptional service is provided to our clients. You will play an important role in the development of your team.

Qualifications, Skills, Experience and Personal Attributes:Experience:
Extensive audit and accounting experience, including Canadian Auditing Standards, PCAOB standards, internal control audits, IFRS, and US GAAP.
Proven track record of building lasting client relationships through exceptional service.
Skills:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, complemented by strong presentation abilities.
High attention to detail and an aptitude for managing multiple complex projects within tight deadlines.
Team Player:
Demonstrated experience in coaching and mentoring team members to foster professional growth.

Lead Audit Engagements:
Manage and guide team members in the execution of audit engagements, ensuring quality and timeliness.
Foster Client Relationships:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and enhance service delivery.

Communicate clearly and effectively with clients, team members, and engagement leaders to facilitate collaboration and project alignment.
Coach and Mentor:
Supervise, coach, and mentor engagement team members to support their professional growth and ensure high performance.
Resource Management:
Allocate and manage team resources effectively to meet project deadlines and engagement objectives.
Research and Analysis:
Conduct research on accounting and auditing matters to provide informed recommendations and solutions.
Drive Continuous Improvement:
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that promote efficiency and effectiveness across the firm.
The salary range for this position is $125,000 to $170,000. Individual salaries within this range will be dependent upon skills, experience, and qualifications.
