With your attention to detail, you will be responsible for assisting the Maintenance Coordinator with the day‑to‑day operations of the facility, including the cleanliness and upkeep of the grounds, repairs and maintenance to all equipment in the building and the suites.

• Supporting the Maintenance Coordinator with completion of daily work orders.
• Repair of equipment in facility and suites.
• Painting and minor building touch‑ups.
• Daily inspections: equipment, pool, and grounds.
• Daily fire safety and building security checks.

• Minimum Grade 12 education.
• Fluency in oral and written English.
• Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing and carpentry repairs.
• Basic math skills.
• Basic understanding of hand tools.
• Basic understanding of computers and systems:
  Yardi, Word, Tels.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs of supplies and equipment.
• Ability to work in small areas and from high heights.
• Knowledge of HVAC systems.
• Familiarity with operational features of fire alarm and security systems considered an asset.
• Knowledge of building codes and safety standards considered an asset.
