Job Description

Job Title: Cleaner, Day Porter

Location: Downtown Vancouver

Shift: Monday-Friday, 6:30am – 3:30pm

Pay: $25.00 per hour + benefits

We’re looking for reliable, conscientious individuals who take pride in shiny clean spaces. This is a full‑time opportunity to support our clients by providing an essential service – keeping their workforce safe. If you understand the importance of Health & Safety, sanitation and cleanliness, we want to hear from you.

• Disinfecting all high touch point areas
• Sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming
• Cleaning building common areas, hallways, lobbies, bathrooms, elevators, etc
• Collect and dispose of trash in garbage containers on a regular basis
• Spot cleaning walls, ceilings, partitions, light switches, and window sills
• Exterior litter picks up.
• Leaf blowing/picking/disposing of during the fall season
• Washing of the plaza, stairwell, and sidewalk within the building perimeter.
• Cleaning washrooms and checking and replenish washroom supplies when needed.
• Attend/complete work orders
• Assist Building Supervisor as assigned.

You have:

• Motivation and a willingness to work + learn
• Be eligible to obtain applicable security clearance(s)
• Knowledge of WHMIS is not required but considered an asset
