Supply Chain, Senior Manager

The Supply Chain, Senior Manager is responsible for overseeing and optimizing the entire supply chain process, including procurement, inventory management, logistics, distribution, and demand planning. This leadership role ensures efficient, cost-effective, and timely delivery of goods while maintaining high service levels and supporting overall business objectives.

Core Responsibilities
  • Strategic Leadership:
    • Develop and implement supply chain strategies aligned with business goals.
    • Identify opportunities for operational improvement and cost reduction.
    • Lead cross‑functional initiatives to drive supply chain excellence.
    • Optimize distribution networks to meet customer demands efficiently.
  • Inventory & Demand Planning:
    • Oversee demand forecasting, inventory control, and stock replenishment processes.
    • Monitor KPIs related to inventory turnover, service levels, order fulfillment, and accuracy.
    • Champion the use of supply chain management software (e.g., ERP, WMS).
    • Drive digital transformation and process automation where applicable.
    • Lead, coach, and develop a team of supply chain professionals.
    • Promote a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.
    • Mitigate supply chain risks through contingency planning and scenario modeling.
    • Ensure compliance with regulatory and corporate policies.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s or MBA preferred).
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in supply chain or operations leadership.
  • Strong knowledge of logistics, procurement, and inventory management.
  • Proven experience with ERP systems.
  • Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills.
  • Effective leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Certification such as APICS CSCP, CLTD or CPIM is a plus.
  • Experience with supply chain management in the US and Asia is an asset.
