A dynamic tech company is seeking a Legal Counsel to provide legal advice and services to its internal teams. The role involves drafting and negotiating contracts, advising on employment matters, and managing external legal counsel. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in corporate law and excellent negotiation skills. The position can be remote from anywhere in Canada or hybrid if based in Vancouver.

Competitive salary in the range of CAD 150,000 - CAD 185,000 per year.
