Senior Family Lawyer

Darnell Law Group is a well-established law firm with over 30 years of experience serving Surrey and Langley, British Columbia. Our practice includes family law, estate and civil litigation and wills and estates.

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Lawyer located in Surrey, BC. The Senior Lawyer will manage a diverse caseload, provide legal advice, represent clients in court proceedings, draft and review legal documents, and conduct thorough legal research. They will oversee and guide junior staff and lawyers, develop litigation strategies, and ensure compliance with legal regulations.

• Expertise in drafting and reviewing legal documents and contracts
• Proven track record in court representation and advocacy skills

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree or equivalent and in good standing with the Law Society of British Columbia
• 5-7+ years of relevant legal experience
• Ability to work effectively in high-pressure environments with strong organizational skills
