Corporate Lawyer

Fulcrum Law, a dynamic and fast-growing law firm, is currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced lawyer with 2+ years experience to join our team in Vancouver, BC. As an integral member of our firm, you will have the opportunity to work in a challenging and rewarding environment.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in business law and real estate law, coupled with a solid understanding of the British Columbia legal system.

Fluency in Farsi is a plus.

• Represent clients in legal proceedings, ensuring their interests are protected
• Negotiate settlements and provide expert legal advice
• Collaborate closely with clients, paralegals, and other legal professionals to handle legal matters efficiently and effectively

• Demonstrable expertise in business law and real estate law
• Thorough understanding of the British Columbia legal system
• Fluency in Farsi is an advantage
• Ability to utilize digital resources and modern legal research tools, such as Lexis Nexis, Westlaw, and Clio

• 3 weeks of vacation
