Corporate Lawyer

Fulcrum Law, a dynamic and fast-growing law firm, is currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced lawyer with 2+ years experience to join our team in Vancouver, BC. As an integral member of our firm, you will have the opportunity to work in a challenging and rewarding environment.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in business law and real estate law, coupled with a solid understanding of the British Columbia legal system.
Fluency in Farsi is a plus.
Responsibilities   Represent clients in legal proceedings, ensuring their interests are protected
Negotiate settlements and provide expert legal advice
Collaborate closely with clients, paralegals, and other legal professionals to handle legal matters efficiently and effectively
Qualifications   Demonstrable expertise in business law and real estate law
Thorough understanding of the British Columbia legal system
Fluency in Farsi is an advantage
Ability to utilize digital resources and modern legal research tools, such as Lexis Nexis, Westlaw, and Clio
