A well-regarded full-service firm in Vancouver is seeking an experienced Litigation Associate to join its team. This role offers the opportunity to work on a diverse mix of litigation matters, including commercial disputes, construction litigation, and general civil matters. The ideal candidate will be confident managing files independently while contributing to a collaborative, supportive team environment.
What You’ll Do- Handle a broad range of commercial, civil, and construction litigation files
- Manage matters from initial strategy through to resolution
- Work closely with partners and clients to deliver practical, business‑minded solutions
- Contribute to a positive and collegial team culture
- 5+ years of commercial / civil litigation experience
- Law degree and membership in good standing with the Law Society of BC
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Ability to operate autonomously and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced practice
- Collaborative, respectful, and solutions‑focused approach
- Solid analytical and problem‑solving skills
