This is an exciting opportunity for a securities associate, a new call to five-year lawyer from a national or boutique firm, who is seeking hands‑on mentorship, direct client exposure, and an entrepreneurial setting where your contributions will be visible and valued.

You will work closely with senior lawyers on a wide range of transactional matters, including:

• Private placements and IPOs
• Mergers and acquisitions (public and private)
• Stock exchange listings and regulatory filings
