Managing Technical Consultant – ServiceNow

Configure, develop, and support Service Now modules, including:

Configure and implement Service Now Security Incident Response (SIR) and Vulnerability Response (VR) modules according to client requirements and best practices.

Collaborate with Solution Architects and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.

Develop custom workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and integrations within the Sec Ops suite.

Integrate Service Now with third-party tools such as Qualys, Tenable, Rapid7, Splunk, Crowd Strike, etc.

Support data imports, API integrations, and automation for improved incident response and vulnerability remediation.

Perform testing, troubleshooting, and tuning of implemented solutions.

Create technical documentation, including design specs, configuration guides, and user manuals.

Participate in user training and provide post-implementation support.

Bachelor's degree with at least 5+ years of Service Now design and development experience.

5–7 years of overall experience with Service Now platform development and configuration.

Strong expertise in Service Now Security Operations, specifically Security Incident Response and Vulnerability Response.

Proficiency in scripting (JavaScript, Glide), REST/SOAP APIs, and UI customization within Service Now.

Experience in integrating security tools and threat/vulnerability feeds with Service Now Sec Ops.

Familiarity with ITIL processes and security incident workflows.

Strong analytical, communication, and client-facing skills.

Ability to work in agile and fast-paced environments.
