Insight Global is seeking an Enterprise Cyber & AI Business Analyst to support a growing portfolio of technology transformation initiatives. This role serves as a vital bridge between business needs and technical solutions, collaborating with stakeholders, IT teams, and external partners to ensure Data, AI, and Cybersecurity projects deliver measurable value across the enterprise.

CA $65.00/hr - CA $80.00/hr

• 8+ years as an IT Business Analyst with experience in data, AI, and cybersecurity projects
• Proven ability to operate within large, complex enterprises and navigate ambiguous environments
• Experience managing project backlogs and prioritizing initiatives for execution
• Strong capability to translate technical concepts into clear business requirements
• Familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks (e.g., NIST)
• Hands‑on experience with Privilege Access Management
• Hands‑on experience with firewall configuration and rule centralization
• Hands‑on experience with AI and data governance policies
• Comfortable with ambiguity, ad‑hoc tasks, and shifting priorities
• Excellent facilitation, documentation, and stakeholder engagement skills
• Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously, including working flexibly outside standard hours to coordinate with international teams
