. The Analyst of Data & Analytics is responsible for the development and maintenance of the organization’s reporting & analytical functionality, critical to support the organization in making data-driven decisions. The role collaborates with both commercial and operational teams to improve data management and increase analytical capabilities.

• Provide booking system administration support as it relates to commercial and operational master data within passenger service system (PSS).
• Support the implementation configuration and master data updates in support of new and updated commercial initiatives.

• Partner with shareholder data science team to support the development of data and analytics strategy, including data modelling and visualization tools recommendations.
• Develop tools, dashboards, and database queries to support reporting requirements for both commercial and operational functions.

• Produce and maintain monthly and/or quarterly booking and passenger reporting to support reconciliation with 3rd party distribution and operational partners.

• Other assigned duties.

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or mathematics and 3-5 years of analytical and business intelligence experience.
• Quantitative skills, SQL, advanced Excel, Business Intelligence software, data visualization, presentation skills, communication skills, other analytical coding languages, problem solving ability.
