As we continue to expand our market presence, we are seeking a dynamic and motivated Implementation Consultant to join our team.

Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Implementation Consultant to lead the successful deployment of our software solutions for new and existing clients. In this role, you’ll guide customers through onboarding, configuration, training, and go-live support, ensuring a smooth transition and long-term success with our platform.

  • Lead and manage the implementation of software solutions tailored to Parks and Recreation customers.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive software implementation plans.
  • Consult with customers to identify inefficient processes and recommend effective alternative solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key internal stakeholders.
  • Create and maintain documentation, including training materials and implementation plans.
  • Manage application delivery, including presentations and demonstrations throughout the implementation process.
  • Conduct discovery meetings and perform gap analyses on existing systems to identify needs and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful delivery.
  • Configure software applications to align with customer business processes identified during discovery.
  • Monitor project milestones, address roadblocks, and maintain clear communication with stakeholders.
  • Facilitate weekly meetings and provide regular, clear project updates to stakeholders.
  • Work closely with project management and implementation teams to ensure configurations meet requirements.
  • Track and report all issues, errors, and enhancement requests during implementation to product development and management teams.
  • Deliver training sessions to users and administrators, both remotely and in-person as needed.
  • Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in the Local Public Sector, specifically, Parks and Recreation.
  • Understanding and experience with Parks and Recreation Software applications is an asset.
  • Experience in SaaS software implementation is an asset.
  • Experience with Salesforce is an asset.
  • Advanced communication (oral and written) skills.
  • Ability to collaborate as a productive and active team member.
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize and multi-task in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Proven ability to manage in managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Prior experience with Xplor Recreation software is preferred but not required.
  • Willingness to travel within the US and Canada up to 30% of the time
  • Must be legally entitled to work in Canada.
