Defining and evolving the vision and long-term strategy for a suite of digital banking products
Building and managing multi-quarter roadmaps that balance innovation, risk, scalability, and technical sustainability
Translating strategy into well-defined epics, features, and user stories to maintain a prioritized, outcome-focused backlog
Partnering closely with design, engineering, data, and business teams to deliver intuitive, high-quality digital experiences
Leading product discovery efforts using research, analytics, and customer insights to validate opportunities
Tracking performance through KPIs, operational metrics, and user feedback to continuously optimize the product experience
Supporting Agile delivery processes and proactively managing cross-team dependencies
Presenting roadmap updates, trade-offs, and impact to senior stakeholders with clarity and confidence
Embedding privacy, security, accessibility, and regulatory considerations into product decisions from day one
Driving enhancements beyond MVP, including advanced servicing capabilities such as authentication, payments, and card management
Collaborating with marketing and operations partners to support successful launches and adoption strategies
Staying ahead of digital banking trends and emerging technologies to inform future product direction
What You must have:
A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or a related discipline
5+ years of product management experience, ideally within digital banking, fintech, or other regulated environments
End-to-end product ownership experience — from discovery and strategy through delivery and optimization
A strong grasp of financial services fundamentals, compliance considerations, and risk management
Hands-on experience working within Agile product development environments
The ability to navigate ambiguity, manage competing priorities, and drive alignment across multiple stakeholders
Familiarity with tools such as Azure Dev Ops or similar backlog management platforms (nice to have)
Product certifications such as Scrum Product Owner, SAFe, or equivalent (nice to have)
Excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence without direct authority
Salary/Rate Range: $102,900 - $120,000
