Overview:
We are looking for a highly experienced Service Now Solution Architect with deep specialization in Security Operations (Sec Ops). You will lead end-to-end architecture, delivery, and strategic planning for Service Now Security solutions, ensuring alignment with both business and security objectives.
What you will be doing:
Lead the architecture, design, and delivery of Service Now Security Incident Response (SIR) and Vulnerability Response (VR) solutions.
Translate complex business and security requirements into scalable and secure Service Now solutions.
Collaborate with stakeholders, security teams, and developers to optimize platform usage.
Define architectural standards, data models, and governance for Sec Ops implementations.
Provide expert-level insight into Service Now platform capabilities, limitations, and best practices.
Design and implement integrations with third-party tools such as Qualys, Tenable, Rapid7, Splunk, Crowd Strike, etc.
Guide and mentor development teams throughout configuration and implementation.
Support pre-sales activities, including client workshops, demos, and effort estimation.
Ensure all solutions align with security frameworks such as NIST, MITRE ATT&CK, and CIS.
What you must have:
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
5–7+ years of experience in Service Now development and architecture.
Minimum 3 years in a Solution Architect or Lead Architect role.
Strong expertise in Service Now Security Operations (Sec Ops) – specifically SIR and VR modules.
Solid experience with:
JavaScript, REST/SOAP APIs, and Service Now scripting (e.g., Glide, Business Rules).
Service Now integrations with external security tools and platforms.
ITSM and ITIL best practices.
