Marketing Project Manager; Zoho

Archive Digital is hiring a Contract Marketing Project Manager to lead delivery across multi-channel digital marketing programs and AI-enabled marketing operations. You’ll be responsible for keeping projects on track, aligning stakeholders, and ensuring high-quality execution across multiple client accounts.

• Own end-to-end project delivery: project plans, timelines, milestones, and day-to-day coordination
• Lead weekly client status updates, including progress reporting, next steps, and risk management
• Coordinate internal specialists and contractors across SEO, PPC, paid social, web, content, and analytics
• Manage scope, priorities, dependencies, and change requests to keep delivery predictable and efficient
• Maintain quality control prior to launch (QA checks, readiness reviews, and stakeholder sign-off)
• Keep workstreams organized in Zoho (e.g., Zoho Projects; and where applicable, Zoho CRM and analytics/automation workflows)

• 3+ years of project management experience in digital marketing (agency experience strongly preferred)
• Zoho experience strongly preferred (especially Zoho Projects
  ; Zoho CRM familiarity is a plus)
• Strong client-facing communication skills: clear documentation, meeting notes, action items, and follow-through
• Proven ability to manage multiple accounts/projects in parallel without losing detail
• Comfortable working with cross-functional teams and distributed/contract resources

• Contract role;
