Job Description About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Business & Systems Analyst with strong expertise in Oracle E-Business Suite Financials to support and enhance our global retail finance systems. This role partners closely with Finance and Technology teams to improve processes, deliver system enhancements, and ensure the stability and accuracy of our financial platforms.
Key Responsibilities- Serve as SME for Oracle EBS Financials (AP, AR, GL, FA, PO, Costing) and integrations to external systems such as Coupa, GTNexus, Accruent (Lucernex)
- Lead workshops, document business processes (As-Is/To-Be), and create functional specifications for system enhancements.
- Responsible for configuring and maintaining Oracle EBS Financials modules to support business & compliance requirements.
- Identify opportunities to streamline finance processes across regions to support global standardization.
- Perform detailed functional and technical analysis to support system configurations, integrations and customizations.
- Oversee and coordinate testing activities, including test planning, test script creation, UAT cycles, and defect management.
- Conduct root‑cause analysis and ensure remediation and long‑term fixes.
- Collaborate with technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure high‑quality, reliable system delivery.

Required Qualifications
- 7–10+ years of business and systems analysis experience.
- Deep functional knowledge of Oracle EBS Financials or similar Tier‑1 ERP (SAP S/4
HANA, Oracle Fusion, etc.) - Senior BA experience in ERP implementations, including design, configuration, and end to end deployment
- Strong understanding of global retail finance processes, with experience working in a global financial system
- Experience leading QA activities (functional testing, regression testing, UAT).
- Excellent documentation, communication, and stakeholder‑management skills.
- Hands‑on functional troubleshooting experience.
- Financial / Accounting Background
- Affinity for in person connections and working onsite
- Experience doing integrations to external systems such as Coupa, GTNexus, Accruent (Lucernex)
- Accounting certifications preferred
- Experience working in person in most recent role
