A global SaaS company is seeking an experienced SDR Manager to build and lead their Sales Development function in Vancouver. In this leadership role, you will coach a team of SDRs to generate and qualify opportunities, implement structured processes, and drive pipeline generation. The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of managing SDR teams in a high-velocity sales environment. The role offers a base salary of $100K–$120K plus performance-based commission, totaling up to $160K.
