Transcription Services Associate Temporary

Our clients count on us to make the legal process seamless and efficient from scheduling court reporters and legal videographers to ensuring transcripts are delivered on time and flawlessly accurate. As a Transcription Services Representative/Associate
, you'll assist with court transcription orders.

* This role will be filled at the Representative or Associate level, depending on experience.

• Inputting important information into a spreadsheet regarding the production of each audio recording received, transcriptionist information, and delivery of same.
• Downloading and checking new jobs coming in (correct audio and time estimates).
• Reviewing transcripts.
• Receive and download audio/paperwork. Review paperwork and audio.
• Enter requests into tracking sheet.
• Assign work to transcriptionists and upload.
• Received completed transcripts and review for completion.
• Create PDF document of transcript.
• Advise invoicing of page counts.
• Assisting with court transcription orders.
• Other duties as assigned.

• 1+ years of related experience.
• Excellent time management skills, organizational skills, and the ability to multi-task and prioritize work.
• Ability to communicate with all members of the public, government personnel, transcriptionists, and clients.
• Knowledge of numerous programs including, Access, Word, PDF, Excel is an asset
• Be courteous and helpful to all office staff, and any outside parties, including clients.
• Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Previous customer service is an asset.
