Integrations Lead, SAP SuccessFactors Manager; Bilingual FR

As an Integrations Lead, SAP Successfactors Manager, you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve business issues, deliver high quality client service and operational efficiency. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Analyze the current business requirement and processes and recommend / develop solutions to meet the client needs
• Build, operate, and maintain end-to-end solutions using SAP BTP, including backend services and APIs, and ensure alignment with business requirements
• Assist in developing functional specification for developments
• Assisting in testing process (developing and maintaining test scripts and scenarios) in order to discover errors and issues in business processes, documentation or user's lack of experience
• Assisting in application support, system testing and training of end users
• Collaborate with functional teams to understand business processes and integrate SAP BTP solutions seamlessly
• Create Integration Design Documents (IDD) and Unit Test documents for the technical solutions being implemented
• Lead team of onshore or offshore developers and functional team members

• Work with the cloud implementation methodology and project planning (at least 3 full cycle implementations)
• Experience with and knowledge of key integration points between SAP Success Factors Employee Central and other modules
• Ability to interpret business requirements / problems and provide clear recommendations
• Ability to provide feedback and clear recommendations in technical landscapes
• Strong experience in building and cultivating relationships with clients' interpersonal skills and able to work as a team
• At least 4 years hands on experience in using CPI to design and build A2A (application to application), B2B (Business-to-Business) integrations preferably in Success Factors and SAP HR (Human Resources) domain
• A demonstrated commitment to valuing differences, developing and coaching diverse teams, and ensuring diverse perspectives are heard
• A broad range of knowledge and experience with respect to SAP's on premise and cloud technology solutions
• Deep understanding of HR business functions and processes and expertise working in different industries and proven experience as a SAP developer with knowledge of the SAP ecosystem and technologies
• Certifications:
  
  at least one SAP or Success Factors certification (associate or professional) is preferred

The salary range for this position is 112400 - 162400. The posted salary range represents the expected hiring range for PwC locations in major city centres.
