A fast-growing IT solutions firm in Vancouver is seeking a full-time Tier 1 Support Specialist to join their team. The candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues, responding to tickets as per SLA guidelines, and maintaining documentation for internal processes. The ideal applicant must have strong technical skills, experience in a supportive role, and be able to engage effectively with non-technical clients.

This position requires commuting to the Vancouver downtown core daily.
