Business Development Executive (Vancouver, Canada)
Location: Hybrid (Vancouver-based) | Experience: 9–12 Years
Job Type: Full-time | Industry: AI, SaaS, Custom Software Development
Aeroqube is a rapidly growing technology company transforming how AI and custom software solutions are built and delivered. We specialize in AI Labs as a Service, LLM Orchestration, and Enterprise Software Development across sectors like Healthcare, Nonprofits, and Startups.
We’re looking for a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Executive to lead our growth initiatives in Canada. If you thrive in tech-driven environments, are well-connected across industries, and love solving real business challenges with innovation, we want to hear from you.
What You'll Do
- Develop and execute business development strategies to drive revenue growth in the Canadian market.
- Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities in healthcare, non-profits, and enterprise software sectors.
- Build and manage a strong pipeline of leads through outbound outreach, partnerships, and networking.
- Represent Aeroqube at industry events, webinars, and in-person/virtual meetings.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, marketing, tech) to align client needs with service capabilities.
- Negotiate and close contracts while ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term relationships.
- Provide market insights, competitor analysis, and growth recommendations to leadership.
- 5–10 years of proven success in B2B business development or enterprise sales in Canada
- Strong understanding of the Canadian tech ecosystem and buyer personas across mid-size to large organizations
- Exceptional relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and manage the entire sales cycle.
- Experience in tech, SaaS, AI, or software development services is a huge plus.
- Strong network across Canadian healthcare, public sector, Start-ups, and digital innovation sectors is preferred.
- Base Salary:
