This is an exciting opportunity within the Home Solutions Growth Marketing team where you will help drive acquisition of new Home Solutions customers within our existing Mobility customer base. You'll be the analytical backbone supporting leadership with performance insights, target setting, and business intelligence solutions. In this role, the successful candidate will be able to distill large amounts of data into actionable insights to support this cross-sell goal.

- Strategic Performance Management
- You can successfully review large amounts of data to translate data insights into actionable business strategies to audiences ranging from executives to working-level team members
- Develop and set performance targets for Home Acquisition within the Mobility base, and work with stakeholders to achieve these targets
- Create comprehensive dashboards and insights that inform decision-making
- Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitive positioning to identify growth opportunities
- Business Intelligence and Data Analytics
- Investigate and resolve frequent BI reporting issues, ensuring data accuracy and reliability across all M&H metrics
- Design and implement data visualization solutions using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms
- Develop automated reporting processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual intervention
- Insights and Reporting
- Conduct deep-dive analyses on M&H performance metrics, identifying root causes and recommending solutions
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators across mobile and home portfolio
- Garner key insights to make purposeful recommendations to achieve loading targets
- You think creatively and explore new opportunities that will enhance and accelerate an already successful program
Education And Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, Data Science, or related field; MBA preferred
- 5+ years of experience in strategic planning, business intelligence, or data analytics roles
- Previous experience in telecommunications, wireless or wireline consumer business, or related technology industries preferred
- Extensive experience using analytical tools (e.g. Excel, etc.) to interpret data and present data in cohesive and concise “so what business story"
- Strong proficiency with backend data systems, SQL, and database management
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar)
- Advanced Excel skills and experience with statistical analysis software (R, Python, SAS)
- Experience troubleshooting data quality and reporting issues
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Strong business acumen with ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
- Excellent communication and presentation skills for executive-level audiences
- Project management experience with ability to manage multiple priorities
