🚀 Junior Technical Support Engineer – Shared Services
Join our Solution Architecture team to deliver cutting‑edge desktop management solutions! We're seeking a proactive Junior Tech professional (3+ years exp.) to handle L2/L3 support, SCCM deployments, Power Shell scripting, and Windows infrastructure optimization.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver L2/L3 technical support for desktops, laptops, AV, patch management, and SCCM software deployments
- Create/maintain SOE images, application packages, and custom SCCM workflows
- Perform root cause analysis, build reports in SCCM/Systrack/SNOW License Manager
- Collaborate across teams to resolve shared services issues and drive process improvements
- Provide desk‑side/remote support and develop knowledgebase articles for Service Desk
- 3+ years in Windows support, Active Directory, GPO administration
- Hands‑on SCCM experience (packaging, OSD, task sequences)
- Power Shell scripting proficiency
- A+ Certification (recommended); MCTS/MCITP/ITIL preferred
- Associate's Degree or equivalent
- Strong communication for technical/non-technical audiences
