We are seeking an experienced Dynamics 365F&O/AX Functional Solution Architect to lead solution design, functional architecture, and delivery of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (F&O) implementations. The ideal candidate has deep knowledge of D365 modules, strong business process expertise, and proven experience translating business requirements into scalable, high‑quality solutions and guiding clients through transformations.

• Serve as the functional and solution lead for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations implementations. Act as a trusted advisor to clients across multiple industries.
• Own end‑to‑end solution architecture across Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Commerce, Project and EAM.
• Drive project workshops, requirements gathering, design sessions, and process mapping. Translate client business goals into scalable, best‑practice D365 solutions.
• Oversee configuration, testing, cutover, and deployment activities.
• Lead cross‑functional teams to deliver high‑quality results. Ensure delivery excellence through governance, risk management, and quality assurance. Work closely with technical architects, project managers, and integration teams. Mentor and grow junior consultants to expand delivery capabilities.
• Contribute to reusable assets, accelerators, and methodology improvements.
• Stay current on Microsoft’s roadmap and advise clients on future enhancements.
• Support pre‑sales activities, solution demonstrations, and proposal development.

• 7+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365F&O/AX implementation
• Experience implementing large scale ERP projects is a definite asset
• Proven leadership in end‑to‑end ERP delivery. Ability to lead workshops, design business processes, and define target operating models.
• Process Manufacturing, Retail, Professional Services, or Public Sector industry experience
• Knowledge and experience with most if not all areas including supply chain, production control, planning, warehouse and transportation management, retail, EAM, financials, project accounting
• Strong leadership and communication skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels
• Experience with global implementations and multi‑entity environments is a plus.

• Knowledge and experience with Microsoft Copilot and Agentic ERP
• Certifications in Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations
