This role goes beyond day-to-day support: you will take ownership of server environments, cloud platforms, identity systems, network operations, and operational maturity. You will work closely with IT leadership, project teams, and client stakeholders to deliver reliable, secure, and scalable solutions across both corporate and industrial environments.

This full-time position is a hybrid role requiring at least 3 in-office days per week at our downtown Vancouver office. Occasional travel within North America may be required (0–3 times per year).

  • Drive documentation, standardization, and process optimization.

  • Experience with endpoint management, patching systems, and security best practices.
  • Comfortable working with ticketing systems, documentation platforms, and remote support tools.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • A sense of humour — we’re building a team, in the truest sense.
